We thoroughly quality check each piece that is shipped. However, a choking hazard risk remains due to small nature of our products.

It is important that our products are worn under adult supervision at all times. All liability is assumed by the buyer.

Additional Information
Due to pattern placement, the handmade nature of our bows, and screen monitor settings, our products may vary slightly from pictures on website. Refunds will not be issued if bows purchased differ due to this reason.

Shipping & Pickups

Orders will be sent out in 7-10 business days.
Our Canadian orders are sent through lettermail (no tracking) with Canada Post. If you wish to have tracking, please upgrade your shipping option at checkout process.

Our US orders are sent as a parcel and include tracking.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may arise with the postal service.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you wish to provide a signature upon delivery, please indicate this in the comments section of your order. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for this service.

Please ensure the correct mailing address is indicated at checkout. We are not responsible for any incorrect mailing address details provided by the customer.

Pick - Ups
You will receive a dispatch email with all information on where you can pickup your order. Please email us with a date/time and your order will be placed in our pick-up bin

Refunds & Exchanges

Should you happen to receive a defective or damaged product, please communicate with us. We will assess the situation and offer a refund if necessary. With the exception of the above, all our products are final sale due to hygienic purposes. This being said, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If there are any issues, please feel free to reach out. We will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your shopping experience.
