Our Canadian orders are sent through lettermail (no tracking) with Canada Post. If you wish to have tracking, please upgrade your shipping option in the checkout process.

Our US orders are sent as a parcel and include tracking.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you wish to provide a signature upon delivery, please indicate this in the comments section of your order. We reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee for this service.

PICK - UPS

You will receive a dispatch email with iinformation on where you can pickup your order. Please email us with a date/time and your order will be placed in our pick-up bin.
