How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 7-10 business days, though we usually have them out sooner. If you need your order for a special occasion, or specific date. Please let us know in the customer notes.
How do I track my order?
We offer $5 flat-rate shipping across Canada, which does not include tracking. If you'd like to recieve tracking updates while your order is in transit, you can upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout.
US packages are sent as a parcel with tracking.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Should you happen to receive a defective or damaged product, please communicate with us. We will assess the situation with you and offer a refund if necessary. With the exception of the above, all of our products are final sale due to hygienic purposes. This being said, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If there are any issues, please feel free to reach out to us. We will work with you in order to ensure that you are happy with your shopping experience.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once your return is approved, refunds are typically processed within 24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Can I exchange for a different item?
