Should you happen to receive a defective or damaged product, please communicate with us. We will assess the situation with you and offer a refund if necessary. With the exception of the above, all of our products are final sale due to hygienic purposes.

Orders ship within 7-10 business days, though we usually have them out sooner. If you need your order for a special occasion, or specific date. Please let us know in the customer notes. 

Take a look at the direction the accessory lays. Does the bow go over the right ear or the left ear? If the bow is over the right ear, choose Right Clip, if her bow is over the left ear, choose Left Clip.

We recommend spot cleaning for all stains on our bows. Use a toothbrush and gently scrub the affected area with hot water and a dab of blue dawn dish soap. After you clean the stain, scrub with hot water to get all soap out, reshape your bow and lay flat to dry.
